Get ready to rise with the sun and run with purpose! The Rise & Run Club with TotalRunnerAthletics is back with a fresh spring session beginning May 6th through May 29th, with an optional early start on April 29th for those eager to lace up. This 4-week session meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00–6:00 AM, and it's designed to bring women together in a supportive, empowering community. Whether you're returning to running, been racing all winter long, or lacing up for the first time in ages, this program is all about building mileage, setting goals, and having a blast while doing it.

Welcome to the Rise & Run Club—a community where every woman, regardless of experience, is embraced and empowered. This is a judgment-free zone. Some of us haven’t run since pumpkin spice season, others are fresh off winter race cycles, and a few are lacing up their sneakers for the first time (or the first time in a while). Wherever you’re at—seasoned sprinter, casual jogger, or power walker in disguise—you’re welcome here. No pressure. No pace too slow. Just laughs, early-morning glow-ups, and accountability that doesn’t come from your snooze button.
We believe that every woman deserves a supportive and inclusive environment where she can thrive—whether you're curious about starting, looking for accountability, recovering from an injury, or aiming to conquer a new distance. This is more than just a fitness club; it's a journey of growth, confidence, and community.
Are you ready to conquer the dawn and kick-start your day with a refreshing walk or run? Join our popular Rise and Run Club, where early mornings meet empowerment and camaraderie. Led by Coach Jen and her Run Coaching staff, TotalRunnerAthletics offers year-round freestyle programs for women of all abilities to embrace the beauty of morning walks and runs in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our next sessions begins on May 6th. We will meet two times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00–6:00 AM for this session. This will provide an opportunity to come together again as a group, welcome our newest members, build our base mileage, and set goals. Our locations vary by group participant locations (we’ll keep those drives short and sweet so that everyone can be home in time to get their regular routine underway). Future sessions will begin each month and will meet 3 days per week, and then progress to multi-day options to best suit summer schedules. Participants will have the opportunity to sign up for two, three, and full week options to cater to your schedule and training needs.

Race Opportunities (Optional): Have you ever thought about participating in a 5k, or maybe even a half marathon? Looking to try a new race distance, set a new PR, or just enjoy a fun event? Whether you want to walk or run an event, TotalRunnerAthletics has you covered. The best part is sharing this experience with your fellow Rise & Run crew as we all participate together. As a TotalRunnerAthletics Club participant you will also receive discount codes for registration for many events. You may also share the discount code with family and friends so they have one less excuse to use to run along with you!
