Rise & Run Club with TotalRunnerAthletics

Embrace the Power of Early Morning Runs!

Welcome to the Rise & Run Club—a community where every runner, regardless of experience, is embraced and empowered. Whether you're a seasoned runner keeping the momentum from our summer sessions, someone returning to running after a break, or even brand new to the sport, this club is designed for you. We believe that every runner has a place here, whether you're curious about starting, looking for accountability, recovering from an injury, or aiming to conquer a new distance. Our inclusive environment ensures that everyone, from run-walkers to marathoners, can thrive. You’ll find the support, encouragement, and camaraderie you need to achieve your personal goals—at your own pace. This is more than just a running club; it's a journey of growth, confidence, and community.

Are you ready to conquer the dawn and kick-start your day with a refreshing run? Join our popular Rise and Run Club, where early mornings meet empowerment and camaraderie. Led by Coach Jen and her Run Coaching staff, TotalRunnerAthletics offers year-round freestyle programs for women of all abilities to embrace the beauty of morning runs in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our next sessions begin on August 19th. Both sessions run for six weeks with two sign-up options to cater to your schedule and training needs.

Session 1: 8/19-9/26: Monday – Friday, 5 am – 6 am Long Run/Race on Saturdays: 1 -2 hours in duration.

Session 2: 9/30 -11/9: Monday – Friday, 5 am – 6 am Long Run/Race on Saturdays: 1 – 2 hours in duration.

Program Highlights:

Early Morning Motivation: Rise and shine with purpose as you lace up your running shoes and hit the trails or roads with a group of like-minded women. Our 5:00 to 6:00 am sessions offer the perfect blend of accountability and camaraderie to make those early wake-up calls more enjoyable and rewarding.

Trail, Road, and Track Running Opportunities: Whether you prefer the serenity of winding trails, track workouts, or the rhythm of urban streets, our program offers opportunities to participate in all three. Discover new routes, challenge yourself, and soak in the beauty of the morning scenery.

Inclusive Community: All runners are welcome, regardless of experience or pace. Our sessions embrace diversity and foster a supportive atmosphere where every participant feels valued and empowered to reach their goals.
Safe and Confident Running: We understand the importance of safety and confidence, especially during early morning runs. Our program provides a safe space for women to run with confidence, knowing they're surrounded by supportive peers and experienced leaders.

Connection and Friendship: Beyond the miles, our Run Club is a platform for building connections and forming meaningful friendships. Experience the joy of meeting new people, sharing stories, and forging bonds that extend beyond the trails.

Race Opportunities: Have you ever thought about running a 5k or maybe even a half marathon? Looking to try a new race distance or maybe set a new PR? Whether you want to run an event for fun or put your training to the test, TotalRunnerAthletics has you covered. The best part is having the opportunity to share this experience with your fellow Rise & Run crew as we all participate in these events together. Starting in late September, all members will have the opportunity to participate in weekly events ranging from 5k to marathon distances. All TotalRunnerAthletics Club participants will receive discount codes for registration that you may also share with family and friends. Below is a sampling of some of the events our clubs will be participating in, and additional events will be added based on the interests of our group. This app will become your daily go-to for tracking your progress on your running journey and is a great opportunity to learn about all things running. If a custom training plan is provided for specific events and training goals you will gain real-time access to all the support you will need.
